Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Pearl, MS is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in daily operations, merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, stocking and customer service to deliver a legendary shopping experience.

Under the supervision of the Group Sales or Department Manager, you will staff the team, train associates, prepare schedules, coach performance, run product demos, and coordinate events while ensuring accurate pricing and plan-o-grams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates to meet sales and service goals.
• Prepares to-do lists and executes merchandising directives.
• Maintains plan-o-grams and pricing as set by Corporate.
• Staffs department, interviews, trains, and schedules staff.
• Coaches performance and promotes positive customer relations.
• Resolves customer and associate opportunities with GSM/DM and HR.
