Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Macon, GA is seeking a Camping Team Lead to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory, pricing, and customer service. You will train staff, prepare schedules, review reports, and ensure pricing integrity and plan-o-grams.

You will coordinate special events to create a legendary shopping experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, 2–4 years in retail, HS diploma required; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates to achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and execute merchandising directives.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates; participate in interviewing and training.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Remain product expert and conduct demos; coordinate special events and pricing; ensure inventory accuracy.
