Job summary

KOA invites applications for a Work Camper - Guest Services at our town of Brussels campground. You’ll greet guests, handle registrations, and assist in the front desk and store operations while delivering friendly, professional service.

This role requires evening, night, weekend, and holiday availability, basic computer and cash register skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and excellent customer care. Salary ranges from $12 to $13 per hour, with opportunities to grow within KOA.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Experience handling cash and basic computer use.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service by phone and in person.
• Greet guests and manage front desk procedures and registrations.
• Operate cash register and handle sales and refunds.
• Stock and maintain front desk and store areas.
• Promote KOA offerings and local attractions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
