Job summary

Mark Kelly for Senate is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to support the campaign’s operations in a fast-paced environment. The role works with the Senior Advisor to streamline admin systems, procurement, scheduling, and briefing material preparation.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to support Democratic political operations. This unionized, on-cycle role requires evening and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 cycles of experience in campaigns, political organizations, or electoral politics.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to scheduling requests in coordination with the political and scheduling teams.
• Book and coordinate travel arrangements for campaign principals and staff.
• Provide trip support, including traveling with principals.
• Prepare briefing memos and other prep materials ahead of meetings and events.
• Manage resource procurement, including equipment, materials, and vendor coordination.
• Provide EA-level support to the Senior Advisor, including calendar management and correspondence.
• Lead on special projects as assigned by campaign leadership.
