Job summary

Mark Kelly for Senate is seeking a full-time Call Time Manager in Washington, DC to lead and expand the robust call time program. You will work closely with the Finance Director and leadership to coordinate lists, staff the candidate, and produce timely reports for donor engagement.

Ideal candidates bring campaign finance experience, proficiency in NGP, Excel, and Google Sheets, and a strong work ethic with ownership of responsibilities in a fast-paced, cycle-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least one cycle of campaign finance experience on a federal or statewide race.
• Previous experience working within a call time program.
• Experience working with a principal and preparing principal materials.
• Proficiency in NGP and advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Access to a cell phone, a laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the call time process, including pulling lists, staffing the candidate, taking detailed notes, and completing all the appropriate follow-up.
• Coordinate and schedule call time with the Finance Director.
• Track all call data and ensure data gets entered in the database.
• Generate nightly call reports.
• Assist in prospecting new potential donors and preparing call sheets.
• Staff events as needed.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Mark Kelly for Senate is the campaign organization for Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona. Re-elected to a six-year term in 2022 after a ground-breaking win in the 2020 special election, Senator Kelly is a proven leader in the Senate and an independent voice for Arizonans. Mark Kelly for Senate is continuing to build its team by hiring a full-time Call Time Manager to manage all call time operations.

The Opportunity

Our Call Time Manager will lead and expand our record-breaking call time program. They will work closely with the Finance Director, consultants, and key members of the leadership team to continue the expansion of the off-cycle call time program.

Logistics

• Level: Manager
• Salary: $6,000 monthly, payable through regular payroll.
• Location: Washington, D.C.
• Benefits: Mark Kelly for Senate provides medical, vision, and dental benefits under the terms of its insurance plans.
• Leave: Mark Kelly for Senate maintains competitive time-off benefits, including 12 days of vacation per year.
• Job Type/Hours: This is a full-time position and its schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle, and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
