Job summary

United Way of Greater Atlanta is seeking a Director of Campaign Operations & Communications to lead campaign operations, data strategy, and reporting across the multi-year fundraising effort. You will own CRM governance, donor records, and dashboard development to drive informed decisions and transparent accountability.

You will collaborate with Development, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership, manage project plans, events, and donor engagement processes, and ensure data integrity and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience leading fundraising operations or campaign management.
• Proven track record in data governance, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign operations, data governance, and reporting across the multi-year fundraising campaign.
• Own CRM strategy, donor records, forecasting tools, and KPI dashboards.
• Manage campaign financial tracking, pledges, and reconciliation with Finance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Development, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Plan and execute donor engagements, proposals, events, and cabinet meetings.
