Job summary

Fox Corporation’s RSV team is seeking an Account Manager to support campaigns across their full lifecycle, from pre-sale to post-sale reporting. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Assistants to craft pitches, align timelines, and gather assets for campaigns.

You’ll manage kickoff execution, deliver clear wrap reports, and provide actionable insights to clients, helping drive renewals and growth within a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in media, advertising, account management, or campaign operations.
• Experience supporting both pre-sale (pitch development, decks) and post-sale (campaign execution, reporting) workflows.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to present performance and insights clearly and confidently.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and translating it into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with media metrics (e.g., impressions, CTR, CPA, CPM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sale Collaboration: develop pitch materials and proposals with Account Executives and Sales Assistants; build client-facing decks and tailor campaigns to client goals.
• Campaign Kickoff & Execution: lead kickoffs, align timelines and assets, coordinate across sales, ad ops, creative, and analytics.
• Client Management & In-Flight Communication: serve as primary client contact post-sale; provide updates and performance insights; monitor pacing and resolve issues.
• Post-Sale Reporting & Recaps: develop wrap reports and client recaps; translate performance into clear insights; highlight learnings and renewal opportunities.
