Job summary

FOX Client Services is seeking an entry-level Account Coordinator to support the Account Executives and Managers in delivering seamless campaign execution across FOX Sports, Entertainment and News. You will help manage schedules, communicate changes, and ensure accurate invoicing while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and Managers in Linear TV deals.
• Coordinate schedule details and order entries across departments.
• Process client changes and issue change notices.
• Make internal schedule changes and confirm to clients.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations to obtain missing assets.
• Monitor delivery pacing and flag under-delivery.
• Pull pre- and post-logs as requested.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for assistants and resolve issues promptly.
• Verify invoices against delivery and pricing; resolve discrepancies with Finance.
