Arbiter is hiring for a Project Manager to own campaign calendars and requirements across multiple healthcare deployments. You will translate customer needs into clear specs and keep engineering, clinical, and deployment teams aligned to deliver on-time launches.

You will run intake with customers and internal teams, maintain a single source of truth for approvals, and manage changes through structured release planning in a fast-paced, compliance-aware environment in NYC.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in project or program management, implementation, or technical operations on a software platform with live customer deployments.
• Proven record of running several concurrent projects with fixed external deadlines.
• Strong requirements discipline: turn vague requests into precise specs and ask clarifying questions to prevent rework.
• Comfort working closely with engineers and enough technical fluency to read configurations and understand data flows.
• Clear written communication and careful documentation habits.
• Calm judgment on prioritization when timelines, customers, and internal teams are in conflict.

Responsabilités

• Own the master campaign calendar across all customers, including launch dates and reporting cycles.
• Capture goals, target populations, measures, outreach rules, escalation paths, and how success will be measured.
• Turn business and clinical requirements into clear specs for engineering and deployment.
• Coordinate the full launch process across data, clinical review, compliance, configuration, QA, and go-live.
• Build templates and checklists to make launches repeatable and track delivery metrics to drive improvements.
