• Data Analysis & Insights: pull and analyze performance data; develop custom reports.
• Campaign Execution: set up and optimize SMS, email, and onsite campaigns.
• Project Management: coordinate with Design, Engineering, Prof services to ensure timely execution.
• Presentation & Strategy Support: create data-driven presentations and client reports.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration: work with internal stakeholders to support initiatives.
• Product Feedback & Testing: participate in testing new features and pilot programs.
