Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a fundraising professional to build relationships with volunteers and drive peer-to-peer campaigns that exceed revenue goals. You will implement campaign standards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with leadership to secure sponsorships while engaging regional and national teams.

You will also organize local donor cultivation events, recruit volunteers, and develop partnerships to sustain the mission and expand impact within the designated market area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
• Demonstrates relationship-building, volunteer recruitment, and sales skills.
• Ability to supervise and lead a group of volunteers.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with digital and social media channels for outreach.

• Build high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue goals.
• Implement campaign standards across events to meet budgets.
• Track KPIs and use data to adjust activity and timelines.
• Develop strategic plans with leadership to ensure portfolio budget attainment.
• Prospect and close sponsorship partnerships with corporate partners.
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to support campaigns.
