Job summary

Deluxe Corporation in Atlanta is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Data segment. You will create, track, and manage client billings for campaigns, working closely with client teams and a Salesforce-based system.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Business or Accounting (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years in accounting or 3+ years billing, with strong communication and project-management skills to support revenue and expenses alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business or Accounting; or HS/GED with 6+ years accounting experience.
• Experience in financial reporting and accounting; Salesforce CRM familiarity.
• Project management knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage client billings for campaigns.
• Record campaign products, volumes, prices, costs, and dates in Salesforce.
• Process vendor expenses and allocate to campaigns.
• Update forecasts and report revenue impacts to finance.

The role responsibilities include working with client teams to track and maintain key campaign details in our Salesforce-based system. The role is also responsible for creating client billings and processing vendor expenses.Job FunctionsWork with client teams to track and maintain key details of marketing campaigns including products, volumes, prices, costs, and dates.Create and manage client billings for all executed programs according to Deluxe and/or client requirementsEnsure all campaign vendor expenses are properly assigned to campaigns and processed for submission to the Accounts Payable teamUpdate campaign forecasts as needed, and report program changes that impact revenue and expensesBasic Qualifications:Education and Experience: Bachelors in Business or Accounting and 2 years experience or HS/GED and 6 years experience in accounting.Experience in financial reporting and accounting, Salesforce CRM system, project management methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:Experience: + 3 years billing/invoice processing. + 2 years project management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Additional Basic Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderCompensationThe compensation range for this position is $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
