Yami, headquartered in Brea, California, seeks a Customer Engagement Specialist to drive English site campaigns and optimize the shopping experience. The role collaborates across Retail, Marketing, Customer Service, Product, and Operations to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns that boost traffic, GMV, and customer retention.

The successful candidate will manage campaigns, leverage data for optimization, and contribute to growth initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in campaign management and coordination.
• Understanding of customer psychology and familiarity with consumer trend and behavior.
• Proven experience in campaign management in e-commerce/retail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Experience with in-app live streaming and TikTok is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decisions.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage the English site campaign calendar based on seasonal moments, trends, insights, and priorities; plan campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and GMV growth.
• Manage development and optimization of the English site, including structure, product presentation, landing pages, and shopping experience.
• Drive customer conversion and retention with campaigns and loyalty programs.
• Partner with Retail, Marketing, Customer Service, Product, and Ops teams for campaign execution.
• Track site/campaign performance and translate insights into optimizations.
• Support customer acquisition by testing growth opportunities across channels and partnerships.
• Manage multiple campaigns/projects with QA checks and timelines.
