Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking marketing support to accelerate campaign deployment and asset activation for the School Assessments unit within the K-12 Education organization. The role focuses on helping campaigns move faster by reducing bottlenecks in the creative and asset deployment processes.

You will collaborate with Strategy leadership and multiple marketing managers to execute campaigns, adapt creative assets, and deploy digital assets across channels, contributing to faster time-to-market

Qualifications

• Ability to create short-form video content and basic animations.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.

Responsibilities

• Provide additional execution capacity to help bring fully developed campaigns to market faster.
• Ensure activation of agency-created assets and reduce production bottlenecks.
• Work closely with a Manager of Strategy, two Campaign Marketing Managers, and a Strategic Marketer to support campaign execution, creative adaptations, digital asset deployment, and cross-functional coordination.
