Job summary

Struction Solutions is seeking a Camp Pendleton Site Lead to serve as the local point of contact for technical oversight, staffing coordination, and Government interface support at the satellite contact center. The role emphasizes on-site engagement and coordination with the central WWCC to maintain call center operations and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in military support or similar roles, strong written communication, and the ability to attend face‑to‑face meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• At least two years in military support, contact center, case management, site coordination, operations, or customer service.
• At least one year in team lead, site coordination, supervisory, or government-stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work locally near Camp Pendleton and attend face-to-face meetings.
• U.S. work authorization; citizenship may be required for Government system access.
• Ability to complete background/security processing and CAC/MCEN access.
• Ability to complete Privacy Act, HIPAA, information security, and program training.
• Strong written documentation; all contacts/actions documented in MCWIITS.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and respect for Marine Corps culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local point of contact for Camp Pendleton Satellite Contact Center activities.
• Coordinate CCR and NMCM support for active‑duty, Battalion, and IDES‑related operations.
• Participate in anticipated weekly meetings with RSMs, Battalion staff, families, other individuals, and program stakeholders.
• Ensure calls are forwarded to the WWCC during non‑operational hours.
• Monitor documentation and elevate staffing, performance, or Government‑interface issues to the PM or APM.
• Support local onboarding, access, training, and property or workspace accountability as applicable.
