Job summary

Struction Solutions is seeking a Satellite Contact Center Task Lead to oversee technical operations and serve as the primary contact for engagement at the Camp Lejeune or Camp Pendleton satellite Contact Center. The ideal candidate will have military support experience, team coordination skills, and the ability to document interactions in Government systems.

The position offers a hybrid work model and requires close collaboration with government stakeholders to ensure effective mission support.

Qualifications

• Three years of military support, contact center, or customer service experience.
• One year of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work locally near the assigned installation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local point of contact for assigned satellite Contact Center activities.
• Coordinate support for active-duty operations.
• Monitor documentation discipline and elevate issues as needed.
