Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for an on-site, live-in role at a rural summer camp facility.

You will oversee all daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and strict allergen safety protocols in a high-volume, hands-on leadership environment. This seasonal contract requires living on-site, working a demanding 6-day/70-hour week, with opportunities for bonus and travel support.

Formación

• Experience: 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• Certifications: ServSafe Manager Certified (ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored).
• Skills: Strong leadership, high computer literacy, budgeting capability, and sharp problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety.
• Lead FOH and kitchen staff, schedule, train, and foster a high-energy environment.
• Manage inventory, place food orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
