Join Our Team as a Camp Host/Ranger in Urbanna, Virginia!

At ELS, we foster a culture of recognition and excellence, making it an ideal place to develop a successful career. We are currently hiring for the position of Camp Host/Ranger.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor the campground grounds to ensure safety and property integrity.
• Enforce campground rules and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Secure the property and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and sales at the store.
• Perform routine patrols, inspections of golf carts and rentals.
• Respond to emergencies and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic skills in reading, writing, math, and computer applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or RV environment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
