Job summary

Advenco Forests is seeking a dedicated Campground Attendant to ensure the campgrounds are well-maintained and clean for all visitors. Responsibilities include collecting camping fees, cleaning bathrooms and campsites, and maintaining trash receptacles.

The ideal candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one to two years of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lift 25-30 pounds are necessary for this role.

Qualifications

• Possess upbeat and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized and able to adhere to schedules.
• Must be able to lift up to 25-30 pounds occasionally.
• Understand basic math.

Responsibilities

• Collect camping and vehicle fees for visitors.
• Clean bathrooms, camp sites, fire rings and assigned areas.
• Consistently dispose of trash and maintain receptacles.
• Report any needs for minor building or equipment repair.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Ensure the Campgrounds are effectively maintained to protect the natural environment and ensure a clean a safe environment for all visitors.

• Collect camping and vehicle fees for visitors as well as money from fee tubes (if applicable)
• Clean bathrooms, camp sites, fire rings and any other assigned areas in a manner consistent with company expectations
• Consistently dispose of trash and maintain receptacles.
• Report any needs related to minor building or equipment repair to supervisor.

Education and Experience

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
