Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related or international equivalent with 1–2 years of timekeeping/payroll experience.
• Alternatively, 4–5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends/holidays.
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Labor Relations to ensure input of payroll data for Craft Professionals in timekeeping and payroll systems.
• Data entry includes onboarding, terminations, rate and classification changes.
• Onboard project new hires including badging for site personnel.
• Verify daily craft attendance using the timekeeping system (eTrack).
• Review, balance and export daily time records for craft employees.
• Maintain badging and time clock functionality and troubleshoot issues.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly reporting such as force report and attendance infractions.
• Sort and distribute weekly payroll checks/direct deposits.
• Process time-off requests and daily call-ins for craft employees.
• Maintain craft employee files with scanning for records retention.
• Maintain crew timesheets as directed by supervision.
• Gate watch for personnel at the project site.
• Provide payroll-related customer service to craft professionals.
