RockBridge Search & Recruitment is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead field operations on civil projects in Boise, Idaho. The role requires deep technical know-how and the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors with a steady, organized approach.

You will oversee grading, utilities, paving, and infrastructure, review plans, and coordinate with PMs, engineers, and inspectors to keep work on schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership in civil construction.
• Solid understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading and infrastructure.
• Professional management style, calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee on-site construction activities for civil projects.
• Manage daily schedules, subcontractors and crews.
• Review plans, specs and drawings for design intent and quality.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and Inspectors.
• Enforce safety, compliance and environmental regulations.
• Track materials, manpower and equipment usage.
• Provide calm, reliable field leadership.
