Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience, including at least one full cycle as lead Superintendent.
• Able to read plans/specs and understand means & methods.
• Basic understanding of cost control and construction accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule.
• Direct day-to-day field activities.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and drive quality control.
• Lead daily safety huddles and conduct site inspections.
• Mentor project engineers, foremen, and assistant superintendents.

Skills

5+ years of field experience

Solid scheduling skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

OSHA 30 certification

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Ability to read plans/specs
