This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, identifying the caller's needs, and efficiently transferring them to the appropriate department or representative. Call Transfer Agents may also handle basic inquiries, verify caller information, and follow company protocols to enhance customer satisfaction. Call Transfer Agents ensure a smooth transition between the caller and the intended recipient while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer, screen, and route calls within the company.
• Provide general information on basic inquiries such as payment methods, office hours, or account access procedures.

• Accurately enter and update databases with customer contact information.
