Formación

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, internet).

The Call Center Service Agent provides compassionate, professional support during a time of need. This role assists callers with questions, scheduling, service information, and next steps following a loss, while ensuring every family receives exceptional care and guidance.

• Provide pricing to client families and schedule appointments

• Walking families through the next steps after a passing has occurred

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Compensation $18/hr.
