Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary in Waipahu, HI is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The role serves as the first point of contact for families and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, compassionate experience and supporting daily operations by handling inquiries and directing visitors to the right resources.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 6+ months in customer service or as a receptionist, basic computer skills (MS Word/Outlook), and strong communication

Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Waipahu, HI where we offer a passionate and purpose-filled work environment. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for families, guests, and visitors, creating a welcoming and compassionate experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call our location. This role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations by managing communications, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring visitors are directed to the appropriate resources. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and service-oriented, with a genuine commitment to helping others. Through exceptional customer service and attention to detail, the Receptionist helps create a positive and supportive environment for the families and communities we serve.
