GT Independence in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Self Determination Support Specialist (SDSS) to join a team delivering phone-based customer service to individuals self-directing their care and other stakeholders.

You will handle calls, manage documents via DocuSign, ensure compliance, and support payroll and time-tracking while collaborating with your team leader to reduce errors.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience relevant to the work performed.
• HS Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make and receive phone calls to support external and internal stakeholders
• Enter information into databases, such as a call log, for effective record keeping
• Prepare and send documents via DocuSign or email
• Ensure the proper naming and saving of documents in the document management system
• Assist customers in returning documents
