Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environment.
• Ability to enter data accurately and maintain records.
• Familiarity with DocuSign and document workflows.
• Experience with payroll/timekeeping processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to support stakeholders.
• Enter information into databases for record keeping.
• Prepare and send documents via DocuSign or email.
• Ensure proper naming and saving of documents in the system.
• Assist customers in returning documents.
• Manage DocuSign accounts and support issues.
• Ensure compliance standards for audits.
• Timesheet reviewing and time tracking.
• Complete payroll checklists for assigned agencies.
• Collaborate to reduce errors and resolve rejected timesheets.
