The role demands strong customer service, accurate data capture in the Vision system, and the ability to verify insurance requirements and pre-certifications.
The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, 1+ years in a call center or scheduling setting, and solid knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems.
