Overview
Come join our team! Our Indianapolis team is looking for a dynamic individual to join our System Patient Access Center. This entry-level role serves as the “Virtual Front Office” for outpatient physician practices in the Indianapolis area. To succeed, you must be dependable and consistent in attendance and timeliness. Call center experience is preferred but not required. After training and meeting performance expectations (minimum of 30 days), there is an opportunity to work hybrid and/or remote. The onsite location is at 250 N. Shadeland Ave, with hours from 7am to 5pm, no weekends or holidays.
Medical Office Experience is Strongly Preferred
The ideal candidate must possess:
Before working from home, team members must submit proof of internet speed test showing at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload to ensure system functionality.
At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle is strongly preferred, including knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance. The role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, effective communication, teamwork, initiative, and goal orientation.
