4 State Trucks is hiring for call center sales roles at three levels: Parts Associate, Parts Pro, and Parts Expert. These positions answer customer questions, identify needs from product knowledge, and coordinate shipping logistics.

Responsibilities

• Fields inbound calls to identify customer needs, providing 2nd mile customer service.
• Meets or exceeds minimum call quality mandates.
• Coordinates logistics of getting product shipped to customers.
• Grows product knowledge, efficiency levels, and weekly sales numbers.
• Uses CRM software as needed.
• Pro performs tasks above plus: top 50% of sales staff in calls fielded.
• Provides customer resolution with minimal call back.
• Generates invoices and sales figures to improve performance.
• Completes product training modules.

These sales positions answer all customer questions regarding company products and identify customer needs based on answers, data, and information. There are three sales levels in the call center: Parts Associate, Parts Pro, and Parts Expert.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• All: Fields inbound calls to identify customer needs, providing 2nd mile customer service.
• Meets or exceeds minimum call quality mandates.
• Coordinates logistics of getting product shipped to customers.
• Grows product knowledge, efficiency levels, and weekly sales numbers.
• 100% use of Zing Tree as initial source of product identification.
• Uses concepts of CRM software as needed.
• Pro: Performs tasks above plus-Works towards being in top 50% of sales staff in regards to calls fielded.
• Provides customer resolution of issues with minimal call back, effort.
• Moves towards top 50% number of invoices, and dollar amount sold.
• Meet/exceeds minimum call mandates with 6 consecutive weeks of call bonus.
• Completes 10 sales/product training modules.
• Expert: Performs all tasks above plus-Completes all product knowledge modules.
• Performs job duties with minimal direction from supervisor.
• Works towards top 25% of sales staff in regards to calls fielded.
• Moves towards top 25% status number of invoices & dollar amount sold.
• Earns call bonus for 10 consecutive periods.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma, or GED equivalent needed. Previous sales experience needed.
• Excellent customer service skills required: Detail oriented, self-starter, focused & goal oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must possess and maintain a positive attitude & a calm demeanor when dealing with customers.
• Proficient in grammar and spelling areas.
• Possess excellent attendance record.

Working Conditions

• Job will include periods of standing, walking, reaching, stooping/kneeling, and bending. Stair climbing and walking on uneven surfaces will also be present.
• Long periods of sitting and computer screen viewing will be required.
• Constant use of hand/arms due to computer data entry duties.
