Pay

- $21.50/hour

- Paid Training

- Start Date: October 19th, 2026

Schedule Availability

Candidates must be available for one of the following schedules:

- Monday–Saturday (with Sundays off)

OR

- Sunday–Friday (with Saturdays off)

Specific shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

- Assist members with account-related questions and requests

- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone

- Research and resolve account issues

- Educate members on available products and services

- Document interactions accurately and efficiently

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
