Job Location: Fully Remote (US)
Est. Hourly Pay: $30.50 - $43.90
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Contract

Job Responsibilities
  • Initiate or handle calls with customers by phone.
  • Help customers improve their financial position by understanding their situation, responding with empathy, and creating solutions.
  • Educate customers on account terms and payment plans.
  • Negotiate and offer solutions for repayment that best suit the consumer and the business.
  • Balance scripted conversations with natural rapport, and provide accurate and detailed documentation of accounts for proper follow-up.
Requirements
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating system.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Prior experience in a call center or similar role.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and billing procedures.
