TEKsystems is hiring a large group of Customer Service Representatives to work FULLY REMOTE assisting on an education project.
These positions offer FULLY REMOTE capability; applicants must be available for an 8-hour shift between 8am-11pm, including weekend hours, most shifts on Sundays. This is a 40-hour work week.
This customer support role focuses on assisting customers via inbound calls in a call center environment. The expected call volume is around 60-80 calls per day. NO COLD CALLS.
$17/hr
