Wood County Hospital is seeking a Call Center Representative for per diem shifts at the Main Hospital. You will operate the main telephone console, handle paging, monitor alarm panels, and assist patients with calls and inquiries.

Duties include taking and relaying messages, paging emergencies, and directing callers professionally. The role emphasizes courteous, informative communication and reliable coverage in a fast-paced healthcare setting with opportunities to grow within a cutting-edge

Qualifications

• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills required.
• Polite, professional telephone manner with callers.

Responsibilities

• Operate the switchboard and answer/direct calls.
• Take and relay messages accurately.
