This position exists to keep critical infrastructure functioning smoothly so staff can perform their work effectively and without interruption. The Systems Administrator position is an onsite position.**Essential Functions*** Maintain organizational hardware, software, user accounts, and physical access systems by installing, configuring, upgrading, repairing, and inventorying equipment while ensuring reliable performance across all supported platforms.* Manage help desk operations, resolve work orders, provide technical assistance, issue system bulletins, and deliver training—including new‐user computer orientation.* Document technical procedures, help desk workflows, and user‐focused instructions to ensure accurate, accessible, and up‐to‐date resources for both IT staff and end users.* Administer security, compliance, and confidentiality standards by managing access rights, validating system data, and adhering to HIPAA and hospital information‐security policies.* Participate in departmental operations by assisting with vendor evaluations, fulfilling on‐call responsibilities, maintaining hospital‐wide resources, and supporting cost‐effective, high‐quality IT services.* Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety.* Works hours per week in accordance with offer letter or per attributes of position at transfer request.
