Call Center Representative

Full-time | $21 to $23/hr | Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Open to Remote/Hybrid for the Right Person

We are hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. This is a great opportunity for someone with recent high-volume call center experience and strong customer service skills. A California Life and Health Insurance license is required.

What You'll Do

Answer a high volume of inbound calls from individuals inquiring about established dental/vision/life/disability insurance plans.
Assist callers with accurate, friendly, and efficient service.
Make outbound follow-up calls as needed.
Document all calls and maintain up-to-date client records.
Process documents, respond to emails in accordance with company procedures.
Collaborate with team members in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of RECENT experience (within the last 2 years) in a high-volume call center environment.
Knowledge of dental/vision/life/disability insurance is a plus.
Ability to verbally make and receive numerous telephone calls per day to address benefit issues with callers.
California Life & Health Insurance license is required
Fluent English; Spanish bilingual is a strong plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems.
Pay range $21 - $23
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
