Fletcher Jones Automotive Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Client Care Representative to engage with prospective customers, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments for our Sales team. You will excel in a fast-paced call center environment, delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving dealership sales through proactive follow-up.

Ideal candidates have prior call center or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center, business development, customer service, or sales environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Confidence making outbound calls, engaging prospective customers, and overcoming objections.
• A proactive, persistent, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet performance goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple communication platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
• Generate sales opportunities by following up with internet leads, previous inquiries, and prospective customers.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments, encouraging customers to visit the dealership.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to build relationships, sustain interest, and maximize appointment opportunities.
• Accurately document customer interactions, lead status, appointments, and follow-up activities in the dealership’s CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from initial customer contact to dealership visit.

What You Will Do
