Call Center Representative Bishop and Company is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join a vibrant medical insurance team. As a key player in internal operations, you'll handle enrollment processes, assist members with inquiries, and support Medicare activities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multitask efficiently with minimal supervision
• Quick learner capable of adapting to new tasks and retaining information.
• Experience in data entry and typing at 50-60 WPM
• Ability to read and interpret enrollment documents and policies
• Capable of lifting at least 20 lbs

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in call servicing or healthcare support
• Knowledge of government and insurance compliance standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Prior experience in a similar call center or healthcare enrollment role is a plus
• Ability to support inbound and outbound calls supporting Medicare operations

Additional Information:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45am – 4:30pm
• Overtime during the week and weekend may be required per business needs.
• Projected Start Date: ASAP
• Projected End Date: 01/29/2027, with a possible extension
• Pay rate: $17/hour
