Peak Dental Services in Colorado Springs is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our growing team in a full-time role. You will handle inbound calls from patients, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth communication between offices and staff.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of call center or administrative experience, a minimum 40 WPM typing speed, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Medical setting experience is a plus, and a passion for helping others is essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from new and existing patients.

• Maintain call quality standards and meet call center KPIs.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring every patient feels valued.

Schedule:

• First 30 days for training: Monday-Friday7am-3:30pm
• Full-Time Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Compensation: $18-$19/hour depending on experience
