Job summary

Motor Werks, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, in Barrington, IL, is hiring a Call Center Representative to support our dealership’s customer experience. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and route callers to the right department with professionalism.

Motor Werks is hiring a customer-focused Call Center Representative to support our dealership customer experience. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, schedule appointments, route callers to the right department, and provide professional support to customers throughout their sales and service journey.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative support roles.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

• Professional, dependable, and customer-first attitude.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
