Focal Point Remodeling in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an energetic and motivated Call Center Lead to join our growing team. This in-office role involves speaking with homeowners, answering calls, and scheduling free in-home consultations using a proven script.

You will work in a fast-paced office environment, earn $600–$1,000 per week plus performance bonuses, and receive paid training. Ideal candidates have call center or sales experience, strong communication, and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations.
• Answer inbound calls generated through our marketing campaigns.
• Follow a proven script while building rapport with customers.
• Overcome objections and qualify prospective homeowners.
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
• Enter and update customer information in our CRM.
• Confirm appointments and complete follow-up calls.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
