Capital Vacations, LLC in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an Owner Care Supervisor to lead the guest and owner service team at our corporate call center. You will coach agents, monitor quality, and drive performance while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include developing staff, delivering performance reviews, creating schedules, handling escalations, and reporting to Sr. Leadership. Experience in call center leadership and knowledge of timeshare platforms is a plus.

Competenze

• 2+ years of college preferred; some college acceptable.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in a Call Center.
• Knowledge of Timeshare Ware and SPI is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coach and develop call center staff to meet KPIs.
• Monitor, coach, and provide feedback on performance.
• Prepare and deliver formal performance reviews.
• Create monthly call center schedules.
• Assist with escalated calls from owners and guests.
• Administer reporting for Sr. Leadership.
