Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC in Myrtle Beach, SC is hiring for a full-time in-office call center role. You will handle reservations, inquiries, and payments while delivering top-tier customer service. Training is provided and Saturday shifts are required after training.

Expect 8:30/9:00 start times, 8:30-5 or 9-6 after training, with Sundays closed. Benefits include health coverage, paid training, and paid time off, plus opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

High School diploma or better; some college preferred.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills required.
Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

Assist owners with questions about Club & Legacy ownership.
Handle bookings, troubleshooting, and reservations via phone, email, chat.
Maintain 85%+ QA scores and convert calls to reservations.
Meet daily productivity goals and type at least 30 WPM.
Cross-sell products and services to increase revenue.
