Job summary

Automated Health Systems is hiring for a Call Center/Customer Service Representative. These positions are full-time, remote but require you to pick up equipment on first day at our Pittsburgh, PA location.

You will assist individuals with information and support regarding benefits and provide accurate and consistent information. A strong candidate will have at least 2 years call center experience, a HS diploma or GED (associates preferred), knowledge of Medicaid is a plus, and bilingual skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
