Talentify in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Call Center Associate to communicate with patients, hospital staff and families to understand and provide guidance during meal selections that meet nutritional requirements. The role uses multiple computer applications to place and verify patient meal orders and to support duties within the Food & Nutrition Department.

This is a Per Diem/Casual position (FTE 0.0). You must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month, with at least two weekend shifts.

• Experience: 1 year of customer service experience required

The Call Center Associate communicates with patients, hospital staff and family members to understand and provide guidance and recommendations during the selection of meals that meet the nutritional/dietary requirements of the patient. The position uses multiple computer applications to place and verify patient meal orders. Performs other duties within the Food & Nutrition Department as assigned.

FTE: 0.0; Per Diem/Casual

Work Schedule: Required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month - 2 shifts must be a weekend shift.

• Possible shift options: 5:30am-2:00pm, 6:30am-2:00pm, 6:30am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-7:00pm, and 3-45pm-7:45pm

Required Qualifications: Experience: 1 year of customer service experience required

Salary Rate: $20.27/hour
