Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Seattle is seeking a friendly Call Center / PBX Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for fielding hotel calls, directing them to the right departments, and relaying important information to guests and staff to ensure smooth arrivals and stays.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of customer service or call center experience, great organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a 24-hour environment. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Experience in guest or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
