Job summary

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a warm Call Center / PBX Agent to join our Seattle team. You’ll field hotel calls, direct them to the right department, and relay critical information to guests and staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of similar experience, strong service orientation, and multitasking ability; a second language is a plus. This is a 24-hour operation requiring flexibility and teamwork.
