American WeatherTechs, LLC is expanding its call center and seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to set appointments, handle outbound dialing, and assist homeowners with remodeling projects. Training is in-office with hybrid/remote options after completion. Excellent earning potential with base pay and uncapped bonuses.

Ideal candidates will discuss our home remodeling products, build quick rapport, and follow a structured sales script to convert inquiries into booked estimates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in telemarketing or inside sales preferred.
• Ability to work Mon-Fri 12:00pm-8:00pm and attend training in office.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments for homeowners to receive free estimates.
• Dial 30+ homeowners per hour while tending to inbound call flow.
• Follow up to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Use our sales software to record homeowners’ contact information and notes.
• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who excels at outbound dialing, appointment setting over the phone, and is highly self-motivated. We will teach you everything you need to know about home remodeling so you can confidently discuss our products and services with homeowners and assist them in getting their projects started. This position has great earning potential, so you should be hungry to do more than the status quo and maximize your income!

Compensation

• Base pay of $18/hr
• Paid training program
• Uncapped weekly bonuses—an entry-level agent in this role can make $22-25+/hr with our base pay and bonus structure, and experienced agents often earn more!

Call Center Agent Responsibilities

• Setting appointments for homeowners to receive free estimates on their remodeling projects.
• Dialing out to 30+ homeowners per hour while tending to inbound call flow for homeowners who have contacted us via traditional/non-traditional marketing avenues.
• Following up with homeowners to build long-term relationships with American WeatherTechs.
• Using our sales software to accurately record homeowners’ contact information and notes about their remodeling projects.
• Attending training sessions to improve your product knowledge and sales skills.

Call Center Agent Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm
• Training for this position is done in-office, with hybrid/remote opportunities available once training is completed
• At least one year of experience in telemarketing/inside sales/selling over the phone is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport
• Ability to follow a script in an appointment setting process
• Excellent at overcoming objections
• Ability to control a conversation
• Creating a sense of urgency with customers over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge/skills
