Luxury Bath of Mid Atlantic in Ocean City, MD is hiring a Call Center Specialist to schedule free home consultations and answer inbound calls. The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 3 days remote) with pay ranging from $15 to $30 per hour, based on experience.

You will follow scripts, deliver strong customer service, enter data into systems, and coordinate with sales teams to ensure an excellent first-contact experience for homeowners.
