Luxury Bath of Mid Atlantic in Ocean City, MD is seeking a personable Call Center Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines in-office and remote work to support homeowners scheduling free consultations for bathroom remodeling projects.

You will answer inbound calls, follow scripts, enter customer data accurately, and help maintain a positive customer experience from the first contact. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement.
